A trip to Tuscany inspired me to do this series of doorknockres. I made the eyes "alive" and also added some goldleaf to create a special effect.

This old skull inspired me to do a still life in the tradition of "Vanity" paintings : made to make people remember life is not endless, so we better make the best of it. To make the subject less heavy I added the funnel on top.
